A well-executed research plan allows an education center to determine whether it has been able to meet the needs of its servicemembers, veterans, spouses and dependents. It provides the ed center with crucial information about the various factors which affect its performance. This session will help education center staff understand the importance of market research, how to conduct research affordably, how to draw conclusions and how to implement findings from a research report.
