Using a sample (n= 300) students who are active duty military and veterans, this study explores the reasons for unwillingness of veterans and active duty military personnel to seeking mental health services, and how attitudes towards using mental health resources can be improved to increase intentions to seek mental health assistance. The study predicts an increase in help-seeking behavior, persistence in studies, and improves in academic achievements by veterans and active duty students.
