Symposium Health and Safety

CCME is committed to the health and safety of all attendees at our Professional Development Symposium and we are following applicable state and local regulations, as well as monitoring updates from public health agencies (CDC) and of course following policies set forth by the Marriott Rivercenter.  We are monitoring best practices being utilized at other conferences that are still moving forward in early 2022.

 

The following best practices will be implemented for a safer experience:

 

• Masks are required for indoor events

• Board Organizations are donating masks and we will have Disposable masks onsite

• Hand Sanitizer stations throughout Marriott

• Board organizations are donating individual grab and go hand sanitizers for your convenience

• Physical distancing during General Session (crescent rounds – everyone forward-facing and spaced seating)

• We are working to create additional seating with increased distance for those that may want to be further apart 

• Physical distancing during Concurrent Sessions

• Physical Distancing during Outdoor event(s) where possible

• Wednesday Reception will be Outdoors on the outdoor patio area

• Riverboat rides will be available (we will have hand sanitizers available)

• Photo Booth options

• Marriott RiverCenter staff will be required to be masked throughout our entire conference as well.

Please do not attend CCME 2022 if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 which are identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Please do not attend CCME 2022 if you have been in contact with someone with confirmed or suspected COVID 19 unless you have met the quarantine requirement guidelines per the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Again, we are moving forward with the 2022 Professional Development Symposium and will take all necessary pre-cautions to ensure you all have a safe and productive event.
