CCME Veteran Scholarship Eligibility

be a prior uniformed service member (active, reserves, guard)
first-time associate, bachelor or graduate degree seeker
students pursuing undergraduate degrees must have a minimum of 12 or more hours (units) with a cumulative 2.5 GPA from the CCME member institution they are currently attending
students pursuing graduate degrees must have a minimum of 6 or more hours (unit) with a cumulative 3.0 GPA from the CCME member institution they are currently attending
submit an unofficial college or university transcript from your current institution

Scholarship Application Review Process

All applications will be evaluated by the CCME 2026 Scholarship Committee.

Evaluations will be based on:

Ability to follow instructions and include all supporting information
Adherence to this year’s essay writing topic and quality of content

Once the committee has vetted all proposal submissions, those that have been selected will be submitted to the CCME Board for final approval. Notifications will go out in late January 2026.
